We're a team of lifelong Pokémon fans. We grew up collecting the cards, playing the video games, and falling deeper in love with the hobby with every passing year. That passion never left us — and Solent Cards was born from it.
We founded Solent Cards with a clear mission: to make the TCG hobby accessible and affordable for everyone. We specialise in sourcing authentic Chinese and Japanese TCG products, with a particular focus on Pokémon, so that more people can experience the joy of the hobby we've loved our whole lives.

Mike MundyCo-Founder Like many collectors, my Pokémon journey started as a child, opening packs and chasing favourite cards. Years later, my son discovered the hobby, and watching his excitement brought me straight back into collecting. That's what inspired us to create Solent Cards. Our goal is simple: to make collecting enjoyable, affordable, and accessible for everyone. We believe great service, honest pricing, and a genuine passion for the hobby should come first. Whether you're buying your first pack or adding the final card to your collection, we're here to help you enjoy the journey. |

Mike MacCo-Founder Hello Im slightly smaller Mike I’m happiest cracking open a fresh pack of trading cards or trying to shave a shot off my golf game. Whether I’m chasing rare pulls or chasing birdies, I’m always up for the challenge. Whether it’s finding the next card for the collection or finally getting that round where everything clicks. When I’m not working on the business, you’ll usually find me on the course, opening a new box, or talking all things cards with fellow collectors. Safe to say I’ve chosen this hobby (sorry, had to), and I’m always happy to help others catch the collecting bug. |

Ross StewartCo-Founder Pokémon fan through and through. Between sinking endless hours into the games and building up my own card collection, I’ve been part of this world since a kid. I collect what I like, suffer through the standard bad pack luck, and live for those rare moments when a chase card actually pops up. At Solent Cards, we’re aiming for more than just standard transactions. We want to build a real community where fans can connect, share their best pulls, and deal with people who love the hobby just as much as they do. |
